Plumbing Install Lead Technician

Bell Bros is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead Technician to run residential plumbing installations across the Sacramento area. In this role, you'll lead install projects for fixtures, water heaters, and piping, ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work in occupied homes. You'll diagnose issues, present options to homeowners, and mentor junior techs while modeling Bell Bros' customer-first, family-style culture. Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing install projects for fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend code-compliant solutions
• Install, test, and commission new plumbing systems and equipment
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices on best practices
• Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards, and Bell Bros quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work scope, timelines, and options
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in service software
• Coordinate with HVAC and other Bell Bros teams on whole-home projects
