Plumbing Service Technician

Bell Bros is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems across the Sacramento area. You'll troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water heaters, and fixtures, recommend solutions, and clearly explain options to homeowners. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems including fixtures, water heaters, and piping
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, low pressure, and other plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners and clearly explain recommended solutions
• Follow plumbing codes, safety standards, and Bell Bros procedures on every job
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and protect customers' homes during service
• Complete accurate paperwork, digital work orders, and system documentation
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedule and customer expectations
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical and customer service skills
