Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and finish interior drywall in residential properties
• Perform stucco patching, repair, and application on exterior surfaces
• Prepare work areas, including masking, surface prep, and cleanup
• Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels to layout specifications
• Tape, mud, sand, and texture walls and ceilings to a paint-ready finish
• Inspect existing drywall and stucco to diagnose issues and recommend repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff regarding project status
• Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and building best practices
• Support and mentor less experienced team members as needed
