Solid State Drive Media Integration Firmware Engineer

Full‑time. Compensation: $84,000 – $123,900 yearly.

• Understand and update media related algorithms in SSD firmware.
• Write and test new firmware and determine impact on performance.
• Parse logs and SSD ASSERT dumps to identify media‑related failures.
• Perform electrical failure analysis using in‑house tools to root cause issues.
• Interface with the NAND product engineering team to develop experiments to root cause failing media/firmware interactions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Proficient in C or C++.
• Experience with Python.
