Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

A growing food manufacturing company based in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team during an exciting period of growth.

This role is temp-to-hire
, with the intent to convert top performers into permanent, full-time roles shortly after starting.

• Process a high volume of invoices related to raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing costs
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Execute payments via check, ACH, and wire
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records
• Support clean month-end close and audit-ready documentation

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in high-volume, operational, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Pay: $30/hour (same rate during temp and once converted)
• Structure: Temp-to-hire with a clear path to permanent employment
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
