Accounting Associate - Onsite

A fast-growing industrial/manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its finance team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an immediate hiring need for a hands-on accounting professional who can contribute from day one across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable while bringing process knowledge and best practices. Description Process Accounts Receivable transactions Support invoicing activities and cash application Manage Accounts Payable processing and vendor payments Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records Enter and maintain financial data within ERP systems Assist with month-end accounting tasks Identify and recommend accounting process improvements Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures Support knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices Profile

Required:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training Experience processing invoices, payments, and customer receipts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Ability to quickly learn company processes and contribute immediately Highly Preferred:
