The Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on‑site leadership including supervision, scheduling, financial management, subcontractor relations, and other related activities.

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
• Maintains construction schedule, and identifies and solves problems
• Ensures contractor places material orders and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors and other team members
• Reviews prepared schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list
• Promotes job‑site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job‑site hazards immediately
• Ensures all company team members and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies

• Ability to work varied day and evening time frames required and ability to daily travel within the greater Los Angeles area
• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision and subcontractor management
• Experienced in managing multiple projects

• Study concentration in construction management
• Experience with LAUSD
