Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, assisting with budget preparation, and managing project costs. The role will involve effective communication with stakeholders, collaboration with project teams, and ensuring the accuracy of estimates to support project planning and execution.
Qualifications- Proficient in Construction Estimating for QSR, Retail, and Convenience Store projects
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and vendors
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and practices
