- Track and report safety metrics, trends, and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Assist in developing and improving safety procedures and programs.
- Build strong working relationships with technicians, pipe fitters, welders, and leadership.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all divisions.
- 3+ years of construction or industrial safety experience (refrigeration, mechanical, or industrial trades preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 or CHST preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with field personnel.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to address issues in real time.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple active jobsites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
- Self-driven, professional, and consistent.
This position is critical to maintaining TDI’s reputation for disciplined execution and high standards. The Safety Coordinator is not just an enforcer—but a field partner who helps teams perform at a high level while protecting people and the company.

- Dental and vision insurance.
- Competitive vacation and holiday pay.
- 401(k) plan.
