The Construction Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and project execution. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role demands independence and proactive problem-solving abilities, as the individual will need to identify tasks and execute them without excessive guidance.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 / Year DOE
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects, managing all phases from planning to execution
- Maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion
- Negotiate contracts and identify subcontractors for various tasks
- Coordinate with engineering firms and other stakeholders on design-build projects
- Conduct site visits and occasional travel to meet clients
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for projects
- 6-10 years of construction experience, with prior role as an assistant project manager
- Experience in commercial and industrial construction
- Proven experience with projects of similar scale
- Clean driving record
- Estimating and proposal experience is preferred
- BA degree in a related field such as construction, project management, or engineering
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
