CORE is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead on-site delivery of large, high-value multifamily developments from ground break to closeout. You will manage field execution, budgets, schedules, and safety, reporting to the VP of Construction.
This role calls for a seasoned professional with strong knowledge of municipal processes, OSHA and SWPPP, and proven leadership in complex projects. Travel to sites may be required as needed.
