JF Construction Services seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support all stages from scope development to project closeout. You will organize folders, update schedules, and coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents and safety rules.
Requirements include 3+ years in construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Quick Books, Sage or Procore are a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
