Insurance Service Specialist

About the Role

The Auto Club is seeking a goal‑oriented, customer‑service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's insurance agents and members in our branch offices.

• Our comprehensive employee‑centric training facilities provide training programs to help employees acquire various skills necessary to do their jobs and support career development.

• Maintain and service insurance policies
• Verify new business applications
• Process insurance and membership payments
• Update electronic member information
• Maintain filing systems and typing

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.

The starting pay range for this position is $20.92 – $23.01 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
