About the Role
The Auto Club is seeking a goal‑oriented, customer‑service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's insurance agents and members in our branch offices.
Training- Our comprehensive employee‑centric training facilities provide training programs to help employees acquire various skills necessary to do their jobs and support career development.
- Maintain and service insurance policies
- Verify new business applications
- Process insurance and membership payments
- Update electronic member information
- Maintain filing systems and typing
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
- Prior customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
The starting pay range for this position is $20.92 – $23.01 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
