The Loan Consultant I provides exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. This position focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extension, and merchant relationships.

Full‑time. Shift: Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries and provide product information.
• Help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve issues.
• Serve as the first and last point of contact with customers for outstanding service.
• Maintain accurate product information and ensure smooth backend operations.
• Coordinate with quality control and negotiate delivery times with customers.
• Intake orders via centralized call center.
• Create lasting impressions and build loyal customers by utilizing product knowledge.
• Display exceptional people skills and adapt to new skills quickly.
