Position: Superintendent for the Etiwanda School District

The Board of Trustees of the Etiwanda School District is seeking an experienced and highly respected Superintendent to lead an academically strong, community-centered school district known for strong relationships, excellence in education, and a deeply rooted culture of care.

Role Description and Desired Characteristics

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role in San Bernardino County, Southern California. The district seeks a leader who can preserve what works, strengthen consistency, and guide thoughtful progress while honoring the expectations that have made Etiwanda a high-performing and respected school district. The Superintendent will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the school district. Primary responsibilities include overseeing educational programs, promoting academic excellence, managing district operations, ensuring budget compliance, collaborating with school board members and community stakeholders, and aligning district objectives with overall educational goals.

The Superintendent will also lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive school culture and support staff development.
