The Campus Pastor is the Shepherd for ONE&ALL Rancho Cucamonga Campus. You are responsible for the overall health, growth, and spiritual direction of the campus. As a leader of leaders, you will translate the church-wide vision into local impact, building a thriving community of fully devoted followers of Christ who are reaching every home in the valley and beyond.
The Pastor Profile- The Shepherd’s Heart: A seasoned pastor with high emotional intelligence (EQ) who prioritizes the soul-care of the congregation and the staff.
- Visionary Architect: An individual who doesn just manage what exists but envisions what could be. You are a strategist who can develop and lead plans to scale campus impact.
- The Galvanizer: A high-capacity motivator who can inspire people to move from the "seats to the streets," turning attendees into a mobilized force of volunteers and disciples.
- The Coach & Mentor: A developer of people. You have a proven track record of pouring into a team and bringing out their best work through intentional investment and accountability.
1. Strategic Campus Oversight
- Campus Growth & Innovation: Lead and execute a comprehensive Rancho Cucamonga Campus Growth Plan
. You own the metrics of engagement, attendance, and discipleship for your location. - Cultural Architecture: Ensure the ONE&ALL DNA is felt in every corner of the campus while tailoring the approach to meet the unique needs of the Rancho Cucamonga community.
- High-Level Team Leadership: Supervise, develop, and align the Rancho campus staff. You lead the weekly campus team meetings and conduct regular 1-on-1s focused on support and professional development.
2. Stage Leadership & Communication
- Weekend Host: Serve as the primary "Face of the Campus" from the stage. You host the weekend services, creating a warm, engaging, and spiritually charged environment.
- Capable Teacher: While our Lead Pastor primarily delivers the message, you are a strong communicator who can preach and teach with excellence when called upon for series support or campus-specific events.
3. Shepherding & Community Engagement
- Pastoral Care: Oversee the care and connection systems for the campus, ensuring that everyone—from first-time guests to long-term members—is shepherded well.
- Rancho Investment: You are a local stakeholder. You live in the Rancho Cucamonga area and are deeply invested in growing and serving that specific community.
- Volunteer Pipeline: Build a "creatives and leaders pipeline" by recruiting and training leaders who own the various ministries of the church.
4. Operations & Stewardship
- Budget Ownership: Collaborate with central leadership to develop and manage the campus budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to fuel growth.
- Systems Integrity: Ensure accurate reporting of campus metrics (attendance, engagement) and oversee the secure handling of campus resources and weekly logistics.
- Active Presence: Regularly required to stand, walk, and engage with the congregation during high-energy weekend services.
- Environment: Comfortable in a dynamic church setting with loud music and high-volume events.
- Mobility: Ability to commute between campuses for leadership meetings and collaborate with central teams in San Dimas.
- Stamina: Willingness to work the non-traditional hours required by ministry (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Requirements
- The Calling: Must be an ordained or license-eligible Pastor with a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies or equivalent (Masters preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years of leadership in a large-church or high-impact organization, with a proven ability to lead teams and grow a community.
- Local Roots: A commitment to living in and being a part of the Rancho Cucamonga community.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills; able to lead from the stage with authority and humility.
