The Pastor Profile
  • The Shepherd’s Heart: A seasoned pastor with high emotional intelligence (EQ) who prioritizes the soul-care of the congregation and the staff.
  • Visionary Architect: An individual who doesn  just manage what exists but envisions what could be. You are a strategist who can develop and lead plans to scale campus impact.
  • The Galvanizer: A high-capacity motivator who can inspire people to move from the "seats to the streets," turning attendees into a mobilized force of volunteers and disciples.
  • The Coach & Mentor: A developer of people. You have a proven track record of pouring into a team and bringing out their best work through intentional investment and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Campus Oversight

  • Campus Growth & Innovation: Lead and execute a comprehensive Rancho Cucamonga Campus Growth Plan
. You own the metrics of engagement, attendance, and discipleship for your location.
  • Cultural Architecture: Ensure the ONE&ALL DNA is felt in every corner of the campus while tailoring the approach to meet the unique needs of the Rancho Cucamonga community.
  • High-Level Team Leadership: Supervise, develop, and align the Rancho campus staff. You lead the weekly campus team meetings and conduct regular 1-on-1s focused on support and professional development.

2. Stage Leadership & Communication

  • Weekend Host: Serve as the primary "Face of the Campus" from the stage. You host the weekend services, creating a warm, engaging, and spiritually charged environment.
  • Capable Teacher: While our Lead Pastor primarily delivers the message, you are a strong communicator who can preach and teach with excellence when called upon for series support or campus-specific events.

3. Shepherding & Community Engagement

  • Pastoral Care: Oversee the care and connection systems for the campus, ensuring that everyone—from first-time guests to long-term members—is shepherded well.
  • Rancho Investment: You are a local stakeholder. You live in the Rancho Cucamonga area and are deeply invested in growing and serving that specific community.
  • Volunteer Pipeline: Build a "creatives and leaders pipeline" by recruiting and training leaders who own the various ministries of the church.

4. Operations & Stewardship

  • Budget Ownership: Collaborate with central leadership to develop and manage the campus budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to fuel growth.
  • Systems Integrity: Ensure accurate reporting of campus metrics (attendance, engagement) and oversee the secure handling of campus resources and weekly logistics.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Active Presence: Regularly required to stand, walk, and engage with the congregation during high-energy weekend services.
  • Environment: Comfortable in a dynamic church setting with loud music and high-volume events.
  • Mobility: Ability to commute between campuses for leadership meetings and collaborate with central teams in San Dimas.
  • Stamina: Willingness to work the non-traditional hours required by ministry (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Requirements

  • The Calling: Must be an ordained or license-eligible Pastor with a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies or equivalent (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: 5–10 years of leadership in a large-church or high-impact organization, with a proven ability to lead teams and grow a community.
  • Local Roots: A commitment to living in and being a part of the Rancho Cucamonga community.
  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills; able to lead from the stage with authority and humility.
