ALL STAR SCHOOLS LLC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is looking for a passionate and patient Driving School Teacher to help new drivers gain the skills and confidence they need on the road. • Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of varying skill levels
• Deliver classroom-based driver's education lessons covering traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving practices
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving performance
• Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and attendance logs
• Ensure the safety of students during all in-vehicle training sessions
• Prepare students for the DMV written and driving skills tests
• Inspect and report any issues with training vehicles to ensure roadworthiness

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• California Driving School Instructor License (or ability to obtain one)
• Prior teaching, coaching, or instructional experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, calm, and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of California DMV rules, regulations, and traffic laws
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
