Chaffey College is hiring an Instructional Assistant IV for the Success Center at Rancho Cucamonga. You will support faculty by assessing student needs, guiding tutors, and delivering prescriptive instructional programs in small groups or individually.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in a learning lab or tutorial setting, and ability to work with diverse student populations. On-site schedule is Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package.
