St. Mary’s Montessori Schools is seeking a dedicated AMI Elementary Lead Guide to lead a vibrant classroom and inspire lifelong learners. - AMI Elementary Diploma or proof of enrollment in AMI Elementary Diploma program (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Montessori Elementary Guide, demonstrating a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, admin, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks.
- Passion for nurturing children’s curiosity and fostering a love for learning.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment.
