We are seeking a Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed drawings and prepare permitting applications to submit to various agencies.
Responsibilities- Prepare and CAD drawings for submittal
- Check all packages for alignment with agency requirements
- Review and modify drawings based on red line comments from agencies
- Provide timely updates for permitting completion and workload
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Staff on all jobs
- Previous experience with permit applications, permitting processes helpful
- Working knowledge of CAD and Revit and office related software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
