The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in civil engineering. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, meeting high-quality standards, and adhering to project timelines.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project design and development.
- Provide technical expertise in areas of transportation design to guide project teams and ensure engineering solutions align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environment.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project-related issues and ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on plans, specifications and estimates development.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
