Financial Advisor

This position is open from 16-Jun-2026 for up to 30 days and may close early based on applicant volume.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch based on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
• Professional and/or military career progression.

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the paid study period.
• FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
• Ongoing training and compliance with FINRA and SEC, and required CE training to maintain licenses.

• Supplemental salary for up to five years, trainee pay, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered.
• Supplemental starting salary range $45,000 - $100,000.
