Reviewpreliminaryreportsandcarefullynoteallitemstoclear.
Orderandreviewpayoffdemandsincludinganyprivatepartypayoffdemandsandreconveyancedocuments are properly completed.
Readdemandstodetermineif current,determine if loan itself is current, evaluate if there are any prepaymentpenaltiesorotherpayoffcharges.

NotifyEOofanyprepayment penaltiesthatareincludedor special considerations or fees have been applied.
PrepareasubstitutionoftrusteeandfullreconveyancewithEOreviewandapproval.
Prepare Notesand Trustdeedsfor EOreviewandapproval.
Prepare Grant Deeds ,Quitclaim Deeds,Inter spousal Deeds,AffidavitsrequiredwithEOreviewandapproval.
Prepareandproofreadcomplicatedamendments:paybillsthroughescrow,termsofsale,holding funds after closing, release of funds prior to closing, etc., with EO review and approval.
Obtainandprovidelenderitemsrequiredforpriortodocumentandpriortofundingconditions.
Properlycalculateprorationsforpropertytaxes,supplemental taxes,hoadues,rents,perdayorotherasrequired.
Prepareestimatedclosingstatementsforrefinanceandsaleescrowscalculatedemands,payoff interest, prepaid interest, escrow charges, title charges, account for all bills, and consider terms of escrow instructions, as directed and approved..
Balancefundingfiguresinsettlementmenu.

Verifyallfundsarereceivedfrombuyerand/orsellerforanyshortagesdue.
Meetallperformanceandbehaviorexpectationsoutlinedinthecompanyperformanceappraisalformor communicatedbymanagement.
Performresponsibilitiesasdirectedachievingdesiredresultswithinexpectedtimeframesandwithahighdegreeofqualityandprofessionalism.
Establishandmaintainpositiveandproductiveworkrelationshipswithallstaff,customersandbusinesspartners.
Demonstratethebehavioralandtechnicalcompetenciesnecessarytoeffectivelycompletejob responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

Aminimumofoneyearofpreviousescrowassistantexperience.

Other(licenses,certifications,schedule flexibility/OT,travel,etc.):

Positionwillrequireapprovalfromthe Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and EAFC (Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation).

Wage: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
