Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (new clinic not yet open - estimated opening in July)

No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role Pay: $164,000 total starting annual compensation (base salary + clinic director bonus with uncapped potential)

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead an upcoming Rancho Cucamonga, CA clinic. This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management — helping women feel their best through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness medicine, and concierge primary care services.

As a Clinic Director
, you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider
, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth.

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
• Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
• Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications.
• Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications).
• Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management.
• Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and develop your team — fostering a high‑performing, patient‑centered culture focused on quality and care.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes, retention, and clinic growth through superior service and medical excellence.

• Active PA-C or NP license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
• Proficiency in EMR systems, charting, and compliance documentation
• Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑focused care
