Key Responsibilities Of a Clinical Therapist With Liberty- Conducting screenings, intakes, and diagnostic evaluations
- Providing crisis intervention and clinical treatment for individuals with acute and chronic mental illness
- Developing and implementing personalized, goal‑oriented treatment plans
- Delivering individual and group therapy services
- Managing a caseload as the primary therapist for assigned patients
- Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, counselors, and correctional staff
- Supervision towards licensure
- Opportunity to learn from experienced mental health professionals
- Exposure to clients who have a wide array of diagnoses
- Ability to positively impact the mental health and well‑being of historically underserved individuals
- Opportunity for professional growth, advancement, and upward mobility
- Starting salary between $65,000 and $72,000 (depending on qualifications)
