The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter will drive employer branding, talent sourcing, and recruitment process optimization to support the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Update recruitment metrics and reports on a weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive and compliant job offers.
  • Enhance employer branding through creative campaigns and participation in career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices across multiple states a plus.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or materials industries.
