Applying analytical techniques and processes, the IT Business Systems Analyst II provides guidance to IT and Business Departments to resolve technical and project implementation deliverables for medium and complex projects. The role involves developing system documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, process flows, use cases, system integration flows, data flows, project plans, user manuals, and training procedures. The IT Business Systems Analyst II understands business requirements and often serves as a liaison among stakeholders to understand organizational structure, policies, and operations, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Education & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical systems analyst or business experience
- Experience in developing Business, Functional, Stakeholder, and Quality-of-Service requirements
- Experience creating workflows and graphic representations of complex processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field from an accredited institution
- IIBA, CBAP certification preferred
Key Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License
- Understanding of SDLC and methodologies
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and project management principles
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a team and dynamic environment

Pay Range: $91,249.60 - $ annually
