Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
National CORE is expanding capacity to run priority work streams in parallel: 3rd-party property management overhaul, relocation process overhaul, and a standardized foundation of Process Documentation Libraries (SOPs, workflows, process maps, templates, forms, cadence calendars, and controls).
About the Role
This role designs, builds, and supports Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enable the redesigned workflows and make improvements scalable - partnering with process owners, the Business Process Improvement Manager, and IT to ensure security, governance, and release management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) that support redesigned workflows for 3rd-party property management, relocation, and other priority initiatives.
- Translate process designs into solution architecture, user stories, and build plans; manage a prioritized backlog and deliver iterative releases.
- Coordinate with IT on security, environments, permissions, DLP policies, testing, and release management; align to supportable enterprise standards.
- Establish supportable data and reporting patterns (Dataverse/SharePoint/connectors) and, when needed, partner with IT on Yardi-to-reporting/control patterns.
- Partner with Impact Networking design sprints and convert sprint outputs into production releases (requirements refinement, build, QA/UAT, training, and rollout).
- Produce clear technical documentation (solution design notes, admin guides, runbooks, and change logs) to enable continuity and support.
- Support adoption post go-live: troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and contribute to training/job aids so teams consistently use the tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and common connectors; ability to design secure data models and role-based access.
- Experience with ALM:
Dev/Test/Prod environments, solution packaging, deployments, and release management. - Strong requirements and stakeholder skills; able to translate needs into clear requirements and iterate with users.
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, and support low-code solutions; comfortable with UAT and production support practices.
- Strong written communication and documentation discipline (runbooks, change logs, and change control mindset).
Required Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (certified) or equivalent process improvement experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Copilot Studio / conversational agents.
- Experience with Power Pages, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), or Azure integrations.
- Experience integrating with property management systems (Yardi experience is a plus).
- Experience implementing Power Platform governance at scale (CoE Toolkit, DLP policies, environment strategy).
Pay range and compensation package
6-month employment contract; may be extended based on business need and performance.
Schedule:
full-time; onsite work required based on workshops, UAT, and stakeholder needs. May require local travel to property sites for workshops and process observation (as needed).
