Roles and Responsibilities- Define and enforce UAT quality standards, conduct governance checks, and perform UAT audits to ensure delivery compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and vendors to align on test strategy, scope, and timelines.
- Prepare audit documentation and provide training/guidance to analysts and business users on UAT processes and tools.
- Experience in IT Quality Assurance and in utilizing Test Management Tools.
- Experience in coordinating UAT testing with business teams.
- Experience managing business relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in Healthcare.
- Principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing.
- Knowledge of Test Management and Reporting Tools.
- Knowledge in Test Planning and Estimates.
