The responsibilities of Engineer III – Collaboration Technologies include the following:

• Implement, manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NTP and Windows Server (all version).
• Responsible and manage Office
  365, Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, SCCM, Intune and MS related technologies.
• Administer, troubleshoot and support Exchange infrastructure systems, Power Shell, etc.
• Developed, manage, setup and renew SSL cert in both private and public-key crypto.
• Implement, maintain and support SSO platform (ADFS)
• Experience with co-management, conditional access policies, device management and autopilot setup
• Responsible for the end user experience with Microsoft office 365 products and roadmap
• Manage file server folder permissions.
• Performed routine maintenance tasks for systems, application backups, patch management and OS updates.
• Responds to and supporting escalated trouble tickets and issues from support team.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software problems as they effect system operation.
• Any other duties as required to ensure the health plan operations are successful.
• Ensure the privacy and security of PHI (protected health information) as outlined in IEHP's policies and procedures relating to HIPAA compliance.
