Job Description:

MUST HAVE:
Okta experience of Consumer Identity and Access management.

IAM architect who has hands on Okta experience (at least 3+ years) on the CIAM side.

Responsibilities
- In detail:

• Lead Architect to define and drive the Consumer Identity and Access Management solution.
• Understand existing business requirements and design IM infrastructure
• Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify customizations for implementation
• Assume ownership of CIAM solution, integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks
• Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
• Assign and review work packets delivered by the offshore team Technical Skills

• Identity Management suite deployment and configuration experience.
• Have designed & architected IDM solutions.
• Must have worked on Okta for providing IGA and Consumer Identity and Access management solution.
• Working on LLD, HLD.
• Good hands-on experience with federation integrations.
• Knowledge of Java/REST API implementation.
• Strong Software Development Background.
• Strong Problem Resolution Capability & Delivery Focus.
• Proven Experience enabling Continuous Delivery.
• Solution Design:
  Design end-to-end identity and access management solutions using the Okta platform, considering factors like security, scalability, and integration with existing systems.
• Architecture Planning:
  Develop a comprehensive architecture plan that outlines how Okta will be integrated into the organization's technology landscape, addressing authentication, authorization, and identity synchronization.
• System Integration:
  Lead the technical integration of Okta with various applications, services, and platforms, ensuring a cohesive and secure identity management ecosystem.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide expertise and guidance to development teams on best practices for implementing Okta services, including authentication protocols, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Requirements Analysis:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, translating them into effective Okta-based solutions.
• Customization Strategy:
  Define strategies for customizing authentication and authorization flows using Okta's APIs and SDKs to match the unique needs of the organization.
• Identity Governance:
  Establish identity governance and administration policies to ensure proper access controls, user lifecycle management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Security Assurance:
  Implement security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure adherence to industry security standards, utilizing Okta's security features effectively.
• Scalability Planning:
  Design solutions that can scale as user demands grow, considering factors like user provisioning, load balancing, and performance optimization.
• Documentation:
  Create comprehensive architectural documentation that outlines design decisions, integration processes, and configuration details for reference by development teams.
