** OVERVIEW
* * The Digital Media & Web Experience Coordinator is responsible not only for keeping content current and compelling, but for ensuring that every platform functions well, feels intuitive, and faithfully represents the church’s mission. This role sits at the intersection of content, technology, and user experience.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and mission-driven—someone who notices when something is broken and fixes it before anyone else does, and who thinks proactively about how users experience Hillside online. They will provide ongoing digital services for Hillside’s website, mobile app, and digital platforms, supporting content accuracy, platform functionality, and user experience. A passion for using digital tools—including emerging AI technologies—to create meaningful connections and improve operational efficiency is essential.

* Provide ongoing website and mobile app maintenance services, including identifying and addressing functionality issues within the agreed scope of services.
* Perform routine functionality audits on the website and app—identifying broken features, outdated structures, or degraded user experiences and escalating or resolving proactively.
* Coordinate with developers or platform vendors (e.g., Subsplash) to implement functionality updates, new feature rollouts, and integrations.
* Provide app configuration settings, navigation menus, and feature toggles to reflect current ministry priorities and seasonal initiatives.
