HavenCORE Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mountainside Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and custodial tasks to maintain the property and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements include 1 year of property maintenance experience (2+ preferred), high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid California driver’s license. This is a full-time, hourly position at $21.00–$21.50.
