Your PartAs a Maintenance Supervisor or a Facilities Manager
, you’re super skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty, mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors. You are detailed, organized, and know how to fix another’s mistake. You bring the spirit of a Swiss Army Knife to our team.
Salary: $45.00 to $49.44 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
Our PartWe support you in every aspect of management and provide you with the multimillion‑dollar community asset to maintain and preserve. We create an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best and are responsible for all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and fulfilling the asset preservation objectives of ownership.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily apartment maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Manage unit turnovers and ensure they are ready for new residents.
- Develop and implement new maintenance techniques and innovations.
- Mentor and lead a team of maintenance and grounds staff.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized services.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to keep the property in working order.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Minimum of two years in the multifamily industry.
- At least one year of supervisory experience leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team.
- Strong commitment to high‑energy and emergency environments.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle disaster situations.
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Competitive pay from $45.00 to $49.44 per hour.
