Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
T.I. Construction is seeking a strategic, field-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and scale our construction execution across all active projects.
This role is responsible for translating company vision into production excellence — ensuring every job is properly staffed, scheduled, supervised, and delivered at the highest standard of quality.
The VP of Operations will oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, Field Foremen, and Estimating coordination, while working directly with executive leadership to drive operational performance and sustainable growth.

This includes manpower planning, production schedules, cost control, field performance, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination between estimating and project management.
This is a high-authority, high-accountability role designed for a builder who understands both field production and leadership systems.
- Starting at $130,000 with clear opportunity for salary increases based on performance, leadership contribution, and long-term company fit.

- Oversee all active projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure schedule alignment
- Drive weekly production planning and manpower allocation
- Establish and enforce operational standards across all jobs
- Monitor job cost performance and protect gross margin
- Ensure efficient sequencing of work across multiple projects
- Implement production tracking systems (daily logs, manpower reports, forecasting)
- Identify and resolve schedule bottlenecks before they escalation
- Support field leadership development and training
- Align awarded work with manpower capacity
- Review scopes and budgets prior to project launch
- Collaborate with estimators to improve handoff processes
- Ensure awarded jobs are operationally executable
- Work alongside Executive Leadership and Stewardship (Controller/CFO)
- Participate in forecasting, backlog review, and growth planning
- Maintain operational discipline without increasing overhead unnecessarily
- 10+ years in commercial construction operations
- Reads and understands blueprints
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of subcontractor production flow
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performance field teams
- Financially literate — understands margins, cost codes, and labor productivity
