Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, a proud member of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in driving operational excellence, team performance, and financial success.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Support revenue goals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Ensure Hilton brand standards and service expectations are consistently met

• Step in as acting General Manager when needed to maintain operational continuity

• Drive guest satisfaction, problem resolution, and service recovery

• 3 to 5 years of Hilton brand experience preferred

• Prior hotel leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards

• Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results

• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail

• Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
