• The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities.
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards.
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.

• Master’s degree.
