• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management and logistics.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
• Manage warehouse budgets, optimize cost efficiency, and ensure financial targets are met.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
