Define and validate critical process parameters for both new and existing products, ensuring stability, repeatability, and strict compliance with product specifications. Oversee tooling design, manage tooling trials, and conduct rigorous qualification processes for elastomer components.
  • Equipment & Technology
    :
Specify, validate, and maintain specialized elastomer processing equipment, including mixers, extruders, molding presses, curing ovens, and precision inspection tools. Lead or actively support capital equipment projects, encompassing justification, procurement, installation, and validation phases. Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance elastomer flow characteristics, optimize curing chemistry, boost throughput, and improve product consistency.
  • Safety & Environmental Stewardship
