Assist the various departments in powder coating, sand blasting, packaging, grinding, and cutting materials;
Cross train and be flexible to perform other duties across departments;
Assist in loading and unloading and use company supplied tools to complete tasks;
Follow work orders and use tools to complete tasks;
As a grinder, smooth and finish materials as needed
