Job Description
Do you have experience working in Manufacturing, Packing Products off Conveyor lines, Mechanical Aptitude, Working with Plastic molding? If so, we are looking for you!
Packer Compensation:
- Starting rate $18.75 an hour + $0.50 to $1.00 shift differential for nights – paid weekly
As a Packer, you will:
Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.
Responsibilities:- Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
- Keep up with the fast pace of production and maintain a clean work area.
- Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
- Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.
- Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Actively engage in safety programs.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
