Operate heat treating equipment to process aluminum, titanium, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, and alloy steels;
Load and unload furnaces and batch loads for optimal productivity;
Set up thermocouples and prepare loads for optimal heat distribution;
Perform hardness testing using calibrated equipment and interpret results;
Maintain a safe, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
