Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, a member of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale dining operations.
This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and building a high-performing team within a refined hospitality environment.
Position OverviewThe Restaurant General Manager oversees all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and brand alignment. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands upscale service standards and can consistently execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop service and culinary teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest service
- Drive revenue growth through operational strategy and cost control
Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor scheduling, and inventory control - Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and all health and safety regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to feedback
- Create a positive, professional work environment that promotes accountability and teamwork
- 3–5 years of experience managing upscale or high-volume restaurants
- Proven leadership ability in full-service dining environments
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Ability to maintain service standards in a fast-paced setting
- Hospitality mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
