Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed timely and customer notified upon shipment arrivals;
Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure;
Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, secure building and alarms;
Lock/secure delivery vehicles and ensure night security lights are on;
All other duties as assigned
