Monitor for potential safety issues and maintain a secure environment for associates and customers;
Engage with customers with courtesy and professional conduct while supporting loss prevention initiatives;
Coordinate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize operational shortages;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper procedures
