Sky Zone Park Team Lead

• Report to and support the park’s management team by being present on site and providing on‑the‑spot leadership where needed.
• Jump in first during busy periods to assist Team Members.
• Provide Managers with important updates or customer service issues when the park is busy and other Team Members cannot leave their station.
• Delegate to Team Members to enable smooth shifts across all departments.
• Offer hands‑on support by stepping into any department requiring extra help (e.g., café, birthday parties, front desk).
• Execute membership sales at the front desk and seek sales opportunities while walking the park or assisting in other departments.
• Enforce park safety policies and keep the park running smoothly.
• Provide on‑the‑spot education to Team Members regarding guest safety issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties during the shift.
• Complete incident reports as necessary.
• Initiate and coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all additional shift duties for the day are completed before leaving.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through a formal role or experience.
• Minimum of six months of work experience, preferably in a high‑volume customer service industry such as retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation.
• Retail sales and/or amusement park or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, coachable, self‑motivated, and organized.

Compensation: $18.00/hr.
