Inland Digital Solutions (IDS) is Southern California’s leading HP Premier Partner specializing in secure print infrastructure, managed print services, and workplace technology solutions.

We partner with IT Managers, Operations Leaders, and CFOs to reduce risk, improve visibility, and optimize technology environments.

We are expanding and seeking a disciplined, competitive Account Executive ready to generate new business and build long-term recurring revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop new business through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Conduct in-person discovery meetings with decision-makers
  • Present consultative technology solutions tailored to client needs
  • Perform print and security assessments
  • Build and manage a recurring revenue book of business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–6 years of B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings
  • Disciplined in follow‑up and pipeline management
  • Competitive mindset with entrepreneurial drive
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience selling managed services, SaaS, IT solutions, or office technology is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
  • Competitive base salary

  • OTE: $85,000 – $160,000+
