Field Bridge Energy is looking for a Rancho Cucamonga-based Sales Engineer to work for the largest oilfield service company in the world. Get paid every week + benefits.
Pay /
Schedule:
$48-$72/hr DOE. M-F 9am-5pm. At $72/hr, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,880 gross.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving growth in third-party business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing targeted commercial campaigns. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, this role serves as a critical link between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Contracts, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into competitive, compliant proposals
- Develop and execute tender and proposal estrategi
es aligned with business objectives and customer require men - Conduct Headquarters reviews of key proposal and tender componen
- Determine proposal and quote disposition decisions in coordination with leadership
- Review and respond to tender and proposal clarification
- Develop opportunity assessment and engagement plan
- Identify, capture, and qualify leads into actionable opportunitie
- Plan and execute cross-sell and sell-up strategi
es to expand customer val - Prioritize opportunities for engagement based on strategic and commercial criter
ia - Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales quotation
- Support and prepare contract amendments, renewals, suspensions, and early termination
- Participate in event investigations and validate investigation outcom
- Collect and analyze market activity intelligen

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experie
nce - Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated industrial environme
nt - Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, operations, and contracts te
ams - Strong understanding of tendering, proposal development, and quotation process
- Experience qualifying leads and managing opportunities through a structured sales or capture proc
ess - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ski
lls - Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound commercial judgme
