Job Description
We are a growing transmission remanufacturing and service company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and develop a defined territory of automotive repair facilities.
This is a relationship‑based B2B role focused on long‑term partnerships, not one‑time transactions.
What You’ll Do- Develop and grow a 10-mile territory of repair facilities
- Conduct daily in-person visits to shops
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Track and manage pipeline in CRM
- Report weekly on activity and results
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Self‑directed and disciplined
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable with cold prospecting
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission
