We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team with data management, reporting, process coordination, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth sales execution by maintaining accurate CRM data, preparing sales materials, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for pre‑order processes: quoting, purchase order receipt, order updates, mandatory paperwork and contract deliverables while order is being processed
- Maintain CRM data and support quote/order processing
- Generate sales reports and track key metrics
- Assist with sales enablement materials and onboarding
- Support workflow improvements and sales tool troubleshooting
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success
- 1–3 years in sales operations, sales support, or admin roles
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics)
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Critical thinking skills, able to identify A vs B choices and make out‑of‑the‑box recommendations
- Paid Time Off: 1–3 weeks vacation (based on length of employment), 56 hours sick leave, up to 3 floating holidays, 10 company holidays
